祝小元,副教授,湖北广水人,西北工业大学-俄亥俄州立大学联合培养博士。主要从事电驱动系统、智能底盘控制、新能源农机装备等相关研究工作,累计发表高水平SCI期刊论文60余篇,授权国家发明专利10项,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、重大项目(子课题)各1项,国家重点研发计划(子课题)1项,全国重点实验室开放基金重点项目1项。先后获中国自动化学会科技进步一等奖、江苏省科学技术二等奖、西北工业大学优秀博士论文等学术奖励,并担任中国自动化学会故障诊断与安全性专委会委员、SAE新能源汽车技术委员会委员、Cyber-Physical Systems期刊编委、Sensors期刊故障诊断与传感器专题顾问、农业工程学报青年编委、无人系统技术青年编委等。
